C2C - Coast to Coast Cycling Holiday / Short Break

This ‘must-do’ cycling holiday with its quiet country lanes, cycleways and paths is a wonderful way to see the varied and beautiful landscapes of northern England.

After dipping our back wheel in the sea at Whitehaven, we head eastwards into the solitude and space of the Lake District, Cumbria and the North Pennines. The cycling holiday is well-paced and ends 140 miles later as we cross the fabulous millennium bridge in Newcastle, and scoot past the Skedaddle Office before dipping our front wheel in the North Sea at Tynemouth to celebrate our achievement.



This is a trip that is suitable for all!  -  whether you are a family, group of friends or work colleagues, school party or just a couple of you looking to have a few days away, then we can make sure we adapt the route,  mileage and number of days cycling to suit your requirements.

We'll arrange transfers to the start and end of the ride, book all the accommodation and arrange luggage transfers too. We'll also be on hand at the start of the trip, with the route notes and maps specific to your coast to coast trip to chat these through with you and available and provide an emergency back up service too. Want a bike, then we've these too or by all means bring your own !!

Hadrian Cycleway - Coast to Coast Holiday / Short Break

Looking for a Coast to Coast trip, that is gentler paced with a few less hills then our Hadrian Cycleway tour is just perfect.




Starting a little further north on the estuary of  Bowness on Solway, you'll be heading across Cumbria and Northumberland, in the 'footsteps' of  Roman Soldiers as you cycle across the country. With lots of interesting sites and points of interest along the way, you'll get a real flavour of the rich heritage of the area and is a great family option !

As with our C2C - Coast to Coast, we provide a full package and are at hand to tweak the route to your requirements, to make sure you get just what you want from your cycling holiday !!
